Sources of Support
The New England Quilt Museum was founded in 1987 by a corps of
passionate individuals who dreamed of a place dedicated to the preservation
and exhibition of antique and contemporary quilts. Starting the
museum took extraordinary vision; continuing to fulfill its mission
takes support from a wide variety of sources. We need and appreciate
your support.
The Museum's programs and exhibitions are supported by:
(click on the links below for details)
In addition, NEQM earns revenue each year from:
- Admission fees
- Membership fees
- Museum Shop Sales
- Lecture and Workshop Fees
- Board of Directors' Special Events
- Royalties on Books and Fabric Collections
All of these sources form a "patchwork of funds" with
each piece essential for the museum to succeed. You can help by
spreading the word to guilds, businesses and individuals. Thanks.
