The museum is closed Mondays and on major holidays (July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and Easter Sunday).
Between exhibitions the gallery will be closed for viewing as exhibits are changed out, but the museum shop usually remains open.
Inclement weather policy: Check radio and TV listings. If the Lowell public schools are closed, the Museum is closed. In case of severe weather the Museum may elect to close early. Please call 978-452-4207 before visiting.
Handicap access: The building is entirely handicap accessible and there is a wheelchair on-site. Handicap parking (at no charge) is permitted at street meters as long as a valid handicap placard is displayed.

$7 for adults; $5 for seniors and students. Museum members are admitted free. Two-for-one discount for AAA members.
