YOUR NAME ON A NEW
MUSEUM TREASURE

Picture
Quilt design: Jacque Thompson, Mary Furber
To celebrate the museum's 25th Anniversary in 2012, we're having a new quilt made featuring
the names of some of our favorite people -- our supporters.

To learn how to have your name -- or that of a friend, loved one or your guild --
embroidered on this lovely quilt, click here.

SUPPORT YOUR NEW ENGLAND QUILT MUSEUM

THREADS OF FRIENDSHIP [NEQM 1995.02]
Nothing is forever, and that includes the places we most love to visit. To paraphrase the old expression, we need to "use it -- and support it -- or lose it."

The New England Quilt Museum is the only institution in the northeast devoted solely to the study, preservation and promotion of this classic American art form in all its guises, traditional and contemporary, antique and abstract.

Become a member. Make a donation (of funds, a quilt, fabric, items for the library or your time). Get to know our Supporting Guilds.

And, best of all, visit often to see our rotating exhibitions of spectacular quilts!

YOUR DONATIONS AT WORK

The repointing of the brickwork on the rear of our building is the final project paid for by the funds from the Massachusetts Cultural Council/MassDevelopment Cultural Facilities Grant we received and for which our loyal donors came up with the matching $77,000 (actually over $80,000!) in 2010. The work has been spread out over 18 months
and has included new boilers, new fire safety upgrades, new HVAC upgrades and other deferred maintenance on our 1845 historic building.

Thank you to everyone who made this matching grant a success. Your generosity is helping preserve this wonderful museum for another generation of quilt lovers!
